    Legs were still after Saturdays 8 miler but I couldn't quite slow down. I definitely felt pretty good. Slight shin pain. I think my motivation for dinner kept me moving lol.

    Steady jog for 8 miles with a good friend. I feel like a runner again. Just shy of 3 months post surgery. Pretty awesome!

    Hot hot hot. My leg has been swollen but not hurting. Got through 2.5 miles walked 0.5 in addition in increments. improving one mile at a time!
