    Great run with Juls. Rolled my ankle half way through so there was some walking but nice to get out there again

    I ran a mile then walked for .25, ran a mile walked .25. Its a start after not running since 6/2 due to peroneal nerve entrapment in my right calf.

    I did not PR. Not even close. Definitely having an issue with a nerve/tendon in my right calf. Both legs went numb. Barely made it through..oh well better luck next year haha

    It was really humid. Walked a few more times than I would have liked. Very well organized race! Would do it again!
