I have had that happen too. managed to save the bungee though. cost me a bent spoke :( i am allowed lights (after i begged properly) but phone, pump, tools no nada nyet

meanwhile found and added eyebolts to basket on evans.
recalibrated wheel from the sigma wheel chart figure to http://sheldonbrown.com/cyclecomputer-calibration.html#iso. big difference was 2146 now is 2105. a big difference ! ! ! An avg of 25 kmph would be 24.5 true with that difference
