One run a week is not enough, but I've been dealing with another cold. I've had more colds this season than last. This was a slow run, too. Well, something is better than nothing. The temperature was bearable at least at 31 degrees.

    wonder sometimes if "another cold" is actually "remission of the old cold again" ...see a doctor if you have a cough that lasts more than six weeks, worked wonders for me :)

    I feel your pain. Just got over ANOTHER fluish type cold myself....well - hopefully it's over and not a remission one....
