5:55 AM 33 degrees with a light snow and some slippery spots on the roads. This morning I felt a little more like my old self of 2 months ago although a little slower. My quads are still a little sore. LIstened to the Beatles' remastered Rubber Soul and Revolver albums - two of my favorite albums of theirs. Great music.

BTW, Dems in Massachusetts get out and vote today.

    Ah, that's better. I was wondering because looking back I saw I had taken a month off last year while I recovered from a "six week cough." January was not a problem—but then again I didn't jump back into a 9 mile run :D Good to see you back!
