alright Sub-freezing Four Miler. 4.26 mi 00:36 08:30 pace

After a week off to recoup after my 90 mile week and 4 pounds gained (hey I could not let the leftover Thanksgiving pies go to waste) I got out the door this morning in 21 degree weather and ran 4 miles.

I was hoping to run faster than a 8:30/mile pace, but considering I could not run at a week ago, I should be happy. There was still a twinge in my knee. I think I'll run every other day and ride my stationary bike and lift weights on the days in between until my knee is 100% again (or close, I do not think it has been 100% since high school). Come to think about it, maybe I'll do that more often throughout the winter.
