Really wanted to do back squats but P wasn't there to spot me and I'm not sure how to ask a guy to spot without it sounding like a come on line.
Started off with the official XFit warm up, 17:19
WOD: (I did DB squats instead of back squats)
50 lb DB squat, 15reps
30 Decline Sit-ups
50 lb DB squat, 12 reps
24 Decline Sit-ups
50 DB squat, 9 reps
18 Decline Sit-ups
