great 2 WODs 00:35

Today went much better than yesterday! Started off with the official XFit warm up and then did 2 WODs-yesterday's and today's. Felt great!

WOD 1, 18:49
6 rounds for time of:
squat clean, 7 reps (50 lbs)
burpee box jumps, 8 (I did step jumps)

WOD 2,
2-2-2-2-2-2-2, push press
I alternated 50 lbs and 60 lbs for each set of 2. Probably could've done a higher weight but didn't want to push it too hard today.
