Started off with the typical CF warm up then did this WOD:
3 rounds for time of:
50 Squats (last round i did stripper squats, YAY for almost healed knee)
35 Beginner Pull ups (scaled down and did 25)
35 Bench Dips (scaled down and did 25)
10 Hang power cleans (40 lbs)
