3 sets of the following workout with 15 lb DB (dumb bells):
DB step ups-50/40/40
Bicep curls-20/18/20
DB step ups-50/40/45
DB lunges-11/10/10 (each leg)
DB step ups-35/50/50
DB shoulder press-15/15/15
DB step up-40/45/45
Prison squats (no weight)-40/31/40
DB step up-35/35/45
Bent over tri extension-20/16/18
Then I did abs:
Straight leg crunches-60
Butterfly leg crunches-50
Pelvic tilts-50
Crazy Ivan's (with 15 lb dumb bell)-50 each side
