      it is weird. I have been soo hungry lately, I eat healthy foods just way too much I wonder if my blood sugar is acting up

      might be. try having just a tiny bit more protein? Check your fluid intake too. That's been the majority of my hunger pangs lately...

      I did half mile this morning, so far got up late as was up past 1 am doing laundry did not want to heat up house
