    Not too bad of a run. My heart rate was all over the place for the first mile after jumping off my bike. Settled in for the rest and just over (2 minutes) my regular pace without cycling first.

    Part 1 of brick workout. Great ride around the hood today. Perfect for training on hills. Picked up a 2.5 mph gain today from previous ride. The weights are paying off on the quads and hammies!!!
