    Wanted to get to 2 miles, but felt so good I kept going. Back pain is gone, but cramped up a bit at 2.4, had to walk the last tenth....

    Much better this time, a little lower back pain, but that will get better quickly. More focused stretching this time is helping a lot post-run as well...
