went poorly.... back in the boot... doing PT stretch band exercises... Lots of pain still at the ball of the foot, and can feel ridge pull and needling on outside of lower leg... This is where I'm at friends.


Well, you're not at your best, that's for sure. I'm sorry for you about the bad state you're in. But you keep doing the physical therapy and try to keep a positive attitude. You'll eventually recover and be able to do what you've done before. Just don't push anything.

Vickie... although I haven't had time to post, I was running and still playing soccer (2 games/wkend), then we had our contractor's wife file separation/ugliness so I started priming and painting the entire bed/bath myself... LOTS of time on ladders and didn't think about it, but, didn't wear my ankle brace... then 2 games nosubs 2weeks ago and 8 hours on ladders the next day...

stepped out of the shower that night and the pain was excruciating... BOOT time. Trying to save it... stretch/ice/elevate at night, to play in the tournament this weekend. We'll see...the tready test didn't go so well... don't want permanent damage.
