Did the first 2 miles early with the dogs... some trotting, some stopping for territorial claims... 27 mins.... 2nd walk was the 2.1 miles with my Mom at the Lake... She came down for a week because they are having furnace work done on the condo, and Dad's not with her, so to keep her on her walking regimen, I'm walking in the am. with her... now heading out for my run! :) 30 min walk with Mom for the 2.1

    Bill, I'm trying to convince my folks to sign up to walk the 8k on Sat. at VA Beach I'm running in it, and Joe can handle the kids... we'll see if they do. :)
