good Cardio Kickboxing w/ weights 01:00

Holy cow, Roz pushed me today! Just as much as Vanessa! Used my 1 pound wrist weights, and holy COW... then went to check out cars for Joseph... that was fun, now watching the Men's Road Racing Time Trial... I'm so excited to have DVR'd it, but... having trouble not falling asleep! ;)

    Bob, I sweat 10x more and ache more from KB than from running an hour and the addition of the weights took it up a huge notch.
