After qualifying for both the Marathon Maniacs and the Half Fanatics, feeling a lull.... Just want to get back to regular workouts... no races, no major goals.

More like walking/running... Did 1 mile at 4.3mph, then 1/2 mile at 5mph, then 1/4 mile at 4.2mph, then 1/2 mile at 5.3mph, then 1/4 mi at 4.2mph, 1/2 mile at 5.6mph, 1/4 mile at 4.2mph, 1/2 mile at 5.5mph, then 1/4mi at 4.2 then walked 1/2 mile down, took 59:47... felt better at 5.5 and 5.6 mph than 5.3 and walking 4.3... but, the knee ached more... but, not as much as Monday. :)
