Was to be a pace-10sec run, negative split the first mile, maybe 9:30ish, picked it up mid-way and had to kick it up the last 1/4 mile to make time. Trying to shoot for a 9min/mile avg or 3:55:48 marathon. Humidity today was RIDICULOUS, very summer-like thick air with a temp of 71.

Bob, this is my last TIMED run of the week... tomorrow is an easy 6 or 7, and Sat. is an LSD 12 miler... so I pushed hard... I was winded at the end.

Thanks, Vickie and Jannah... I'm trying, but, I need to dig deeper, this one really got me, I was whooped!!! I missed the time mark by 5 sec/mile. I have some work ahead of me.
