Was to be a pace-10sec run, negative split the first mile, maybe 9:30ish, picked it up mid-way and had to kick it up the last 1/4 mile to make time. Trying to shoot for a 9min/mile avg or 3:55:48 marathon. Humidity today was RIDICULOUS, very summer-like thick air with a temp of 71.
