Well, after Cancer sidelined me for all of 2014, part of 2015, and continued treatment issues affect 2016... I'm ready. 2017 HAS to be better.

      I was an unofficial assistant coach last year, I've been called back to get the paperwork in to be an official staff coach this year. It was a great time last year, Boys went 9-1, Girls, went 8-2. And our school doesn't have a track to train on! I am pushing myself to get back on track myself!

    Combo... Did some hills and tready... Not a lot of clear path outside, so only got about 2 out there so supplemented.

  8. Today's workout was LONG 5.5 hours of walking the fairgrounds at the State RV show in Raleigh... walked 4 miles total, and lots of stairs in and out of RV's... it was a LONG day.

    2 miles before I tripped a circuit... forgot to turn the space heater off... UGH! Then after running downstairs and back up to reset everything... got in another 5... then off for my suppressor shot.

      Thanks, Bob... we had Stefan home 3 days the week before, then all 3 home all but 1/2 day on Monday. Trying to keep them positive was harder than expected. Just too cold to be outside until Sunday, then the yard was just a mud pit... so off to the show! LOL

    Did a 5 mile walk jog, with no more than 0.5 mile jog segments... Did 3... Then did a 3 mile fast walk varying from 1-6% incline... Just to make it not so boring.
