Told Scout today was a day of rest. Not acceptable. It is, must throw ball day, all day. I am on the big couch with heating pad for Haggis and she is on the little one ready to play:) ps. not hungover lol :P Have a great weekend everyone!!

Natalie... yup.. very rarely she doesn't and when she doesnt I still get her out for at least a few miles in the evening. The heat lately has been brutal so she doesnt do our 16milers but the 7miler mornings she does with us. I think up to about 2 weeks ago she is only missing our sat runs of 16-17 miles. She wears her cooling bandana and my nathan pack is pretty much water for her.
