he talked about so much.. against stretching but loves the foam roller. Stretching only for IT band -- quick fix thing... talked a lot about paces... I asked him about the compression socks, pants etc-- he thinks those are great, and the socks have been proven to be helpful. Lots of nutrition facts provided, a few stories but they were motivational and awsome. I was a bit overwhelmed. Technical stuff about nutrition and not eating too much the night before and how actually it is what you eat 36 hours befo
