    The weather doesn't suck. I was tempted to start running again. Quads and hammies were super tight after run. Did a yoga video. Feel somewhat better.

    The new trail is still crowded and they just put dirt on both sides of the trail so the bike is super dusty. Almost took out a poodle that wasn't on a leash. That being said, I enjoyed some obstacles.
