    I didn't have as much energy as I'd have liked, but I ran even splits with the last mile being the fastest, so I can't complain! I was the first half of a relay with Jenn.

    It was pouring rain for most of this run, and despite wishing I had a hat on, other than that I felt great! My legs were rested up from not running much this week and I finished strong.

    Just did some home weights/strength training, including pushups and situps. Used some kettlebells for arms.
