Personal Trainer #2 01:38

Started using a personal trainer on Friday. He's my wife's sister-in-law's brother (whew!), Tommy.

Well, Tommy whooped me again. But it's for the running good! We're working towards my running through lifting. Here's what I did today:

Warm-up

- Roller (lower back, glutes, hip, IT band, quad)
- A stretch that I can't remember its name...
- Lunge and reach
- Band dislocates

Exercises (each block is done in a non-stop circuit)

- Single leg bench squat (hold for 30 seconds, each side) [x 2]

- Dumbbell Bench (10)
- One-arm dumbbell rows (10)
[x 3]

- Assisted Neutral-Grip Pull-Ups (10)
- Assisted Dips (10)
[x 3]

- Side Planks (30 seconds, each side) [x 4]
