    Missed running yesterday due to nausea. Tuesday did yoga to give my legs a rest. So the streak is now "how many days won't I miss?"

      Could restart the clock and finish later in January, unless you know your body will need rest again before then. In which case...streak schmeak. Do what you can. :) Good goin' on the 5K, Matt!

    First dreadmill run in over a year...maybe 1.5 years. Not as terrible as I remember it but still awful. Day 2 done! 30 days left!
