great GTS Group run 3.55 mi 00:39 10:51 pace

Had 6 new people come out for my group run for a total of 11 runners tonight. My HR was out of the zone for the 1st mile but it settled in during the later miles.

Splits: 10:43, 11;05, 10:59, 10:31(0.55) Avg HR: 147
