Do you drain your nasal passages after a swim workout?

      How do you do that?!?

I think that day was particularly bad because the chlorine levels were so high because of the rain.

I use an OTC non-habit forming natural nasal mist. Like a neti pot, but less mess and sterilised. Look up Baby Simple Saline or Arm & Hammer Simply Saline Nasal Relief. Don't get the Allergy-version unless you want super-salinated water up yer nasal passages xD

Anyway, I found that it helps flush out the residual chlorine from swims. http://www.armandhammer.com/personal-care/nasal-care/products.aspx
