Jail break 5k 3.1 mi 00:27 08:49 pace

Ran the jail break 5K in Lexington on Saturday with the run for God group from the church I grew up in. I haven't quite figured out the ins and outs of the upgraded Nike plus ap since the last upgrade, so the ap froze on me at the beginning of the run and I ended up running naked. But that wasn't a bad thing--I PR'd! Not sure by how much exactly...I think (?) my old one was 27:57 and this was 27:20!!!! So I'm only 21 seconds off of my post-pregnancy goal :-)
