great Cooper river bridge run 6.35 mi 01:01 09:40 pace

Did the cooper river bridge run this morning. Met up with my friend Becky's parents and started from corral G (I was slated for A!). Stayed with Becky's mama until around mile 4.
I RAN THE WHOLE THING!!! I haven't run more than 1 mile without stopping since m2 was born, so I don't know where that came from, but I'll take it! I even had negative splits, and my fastest 5K and 1 mile times in quite some time. Couldn't be happier with it :-)
