did 3.6 today for my 36th :-) ran around my parents' neighborhood a few times---could tell i've been running the hills in clemson again bc the hills here weren't NEARLY as bad as the last time i did them. ah, progress :-) i think i had a yellow tint to me by the time i came back in. the pollen was awful! but the weather was gorgeous :-)
