having my first doubts about the 1/2 coming up in a few weeks...only did 4 of 9 miles for my long run on sunday, am sick with the crud and haven't run yet this week. hoping to run tomorrow, and my long on sunday's supposed to be 12 miles...just don't know if i have it in me, but doggonit, i'm gonna try.

You've had a very eventful past couple of weeks...cut yourself some slack. I guarantee after you get over the sickness you'll be back to race form in no time...you'll be great!
