beth came out and ran (and walked) with me...i was supposed to get in 9 miles, but i've come down with/am coming down with some kind of respiratory crud, and didn't want to push it too much. hopefully will recover quickly and get in a few longer runs later on. will still be in the hospital tonight, will see how the munchkin's doing tomorrow for a release?
