Well to say the least, I am disappointed with how far I let my cardio strength disintegrate over the past 2 months.
Last running workout before my race on Saturday. Tomorrow I take a rest day, Friday I'll do an easy 20 min run.
Splits tonight were: 7:38, 6:52, 6:07, 5:45
(this was a track workout)


That doesn't look slow at all to me :-)

Well it will be interesting to see how you do on race day with the way you were running this week. Make sure you begin fueling today and not tomorrow for the race and be well hydrated. Try to run your 20 minutes as early as possible so you can have more recovery

Why exactly do you think it will be interesting with they way I'm running this week? To much strain for a taper?
Anyways, yeah I will be up early tomorrow to put in my 20 minutes :)
