    Instead of working out tonight - spent some time with my older sister:.. Been 6 months since I saw her last. Missed her to death.

    Just spent some time working out tonight :) did 3 sets on the bench, 3 sets military press, 3 sets forearm curls, and 100 pull-ups... Pull-ups - 3 different grips, sets, 10,10,10,8,8,8,8,8,8,6,6,6,4

    took 20 min before bed to pump 90 pull-ups out... 3 various positions... Wide grip forearm, wide grip lats. Regular chin-up.

    Just benched 130lbs a bit... Reps of 10, 6, and forget the last bit... Some dumbbells, military press... And awesome music.

    Ran to the park with my bro - beat him with that then beat him with pull-ups, 50 to 34 :D did some push-ups, dips and then walked a mile back home.

    Nice solid workout - did benching, standing military press, bicep curls, and dumbbells. Max benching weight tonight was 120lbs, max military press weight was 90lbs, max curl bar weight was 70lbs.

    Just staying loose for tomorrow's weight sesh...
    Did 100 push-ups first, then shrugs with 25 lb barbells (traps workout) then 30 pull-ups (wide lat pull-ups - 3 sets of 10)

    Did a quick 100 push-ups before bed... Started getting tired around 80... I think it's because of today's walk, lol

    One mile walk with my brother, each carrying 30 lb dumbbells in each hand... It hurt! So bad. Arms are tired. We tried running, but couldn't :D
