Yippee!!! First real ride of Spring!! Did a neighborhood/sub tour just to test my knee. Blue sky, a zillion white puffs of clouds, no jacket!! Thank you, Lord!!! :) Now, I've got to get busy and enter the stack of workouts I haven't enered in awhile, if I can still find them! I really haven't been sluffing off, BTW.. :) This day is incredible. Above 70!! Bet no one can tell that I got a good dose of much needed endorhins today....WOW!
