    Walked at a pretty fast pace since the mall was sort of empty. Good way to get away from having to talk to the kiosk people. "Oh sorry, I'm doing my walk".

    Want to keep my momentum by moving almost every day so I walked to Kolh's. Got a purse and exercised. It was a little windy but the walk was nice. That's what I call a win-win situation.

    My warm-up distance is 1 mile which I really struggle with. After that I can keep running pretty well. Nice weather, a little cool but sunny.

  17. Covered 6 miles in the Dona Anas today, weather was great. Got lost again and had to bushwhack and climb my way back to the trail.

    I took a Zumba class tonight which lasted about 65 minutes. Lots of movement with upper body as well as bootie. Good work-out.
