Made myself go outside for a walk. It was a slow one.
I need to talk to my midwife about exercise at my next apt. It is discouraging that exercise is making my body hurt. When the big day gets closer it would be very bad of me to start out the labor process already with aches in my body. I need to find the right balance somehow. They say exercise is so good, but even if my body is sore afterwards?
I read that the baby is the size of a bag of sugar now – could be 5 lbs. I guess when you look at it like that – it might be harder to walk, do squats, etc. with a 5lb. bag of sugar in your belly!

youre doing awesome!!! Its not just the baby weight.. you are carrying probably and extra 20lbs in addition to that in fluids, placenta...as well... its HARD work!! youre rockin this pregnancy amy!! im so proud of you!!!

It takes its toll, but that part is termporary / short term ... I suspect you will be like me be back to your old self right after giving birth! Hang in there!!!!
