Ugh cancelled my outside run with Keri due to the rain & slept in. Had to comtimplate whether to run a shorter distance at a faster pace or a longer one at a slower pace. I decided to do a 4-mile progressive. But halfway through I added in the 10min elliptical b/c I just needed a breather.
