      That stinks! Sorry to hear about your injury. Hopefully, it's just a back spasm that doesn't give you any more problems. Take it easy, get some stretching in, and hopefully you can still do your run on Tuesday.

      I'm sorry to hear about your pain/injury. I also think you're way too hard on yourself. Things happen and I doubt it's because you didn't say hi or are working out too much. Stop putting the blame on yourself.

      We ran the same exact mileage today. Yours was much faster! I ran for a time along Rt. 11 (from Burger King to McDonald's by Handley) plus lots of other places. Great job on your solo run.

    An hour on the elliptical with forty minutes of it having weighted gloves on. My stomach is not feelng the greatest today so I didn't push it too much. I wanted to get this in though to burn some pre-SVR banquet calories :-)

      Thanks all. @ Ryan, well thank you. I guess everything one does is cumulative, but I would have to say that probably 1/2 of it is genetics. I have one girl cousin who is so ripped that if you met her in a dark alley you would run the opposite direction!

    I had a work conference today so I got done shortly after 4 & met Keri for a run in Stephens City around 4:45PM. The nicer weather is liberating! It was a tad bit windy, but beggers can't be choosers. I enjoyed this run.

      Very nice pace on your run! I know exactly what you mean about the water. I really do a poor job of keeping myself hydrated while at work. I should probably start bringing a water bottle with me too.
