Great work, GL! I love this DVD. I do it every night now even though I don't log it. It's gotten me through a sudden increase in mileage without injuries. *knock on wood*

Thanks all! Bryan, it really helps with my back/hip issues. Most all of the stretches on the DVD are the same ones they are having me do in Physical Therapy. Glad to hear you are remaining injury free!! Seth, thanks for the compliment on the photo! Bonnie - taking it one day at a time - have not been able to run much this week.
