I'm backing off running for a few days so that hopefully, my back/butt will hold out for the 5k & the half marathon in R.I. next weekend. I'm hoping my Dr. will have all my referrals straightened out when I return home. This is getting old and I'm ready to kick this thing in the butt (pun intended).

Hope the back / butt gets better before your half!

LOL. Hope everything heals quickly. Restraining yourself from running probably takes a lot of willpower! Nice job. It will pay off for you in Rhode Island.
