gorgeous day out. feeling stiff, sore and crampy from last night's dance class..sinus headache hit me during the middle of a good dream last night and won't go away..the excedrin numbed the pain enough to get me through the run, but now my head is pounding harder than ever. . just call me geriatric instead of geri lynn today... now where did Ieave my teeth?

Hi Geriatric, hahaha. You're too funny! I bet that dream you had was from running a 50K under the hot sun and that's why you got those headaches, haha Maybe your teeth is inside the glass on top of your bathroom sink, hahaha. I hope you feel better, Mrs, Geriatric. :o)
