10 X 100m every 200m. Had a bit of a head ache before I started which the fast stuff did not help, almost cut it off at 4 but finished up.

The MV2s felt good. Only minor issue is a bit of a hot spot on the ball of each foot. Not a big deal, sometimes happens with a new pair.
