Sadistic Hill Run 14 mi 01:56 08:17 pace

Headed out at 4:15 for the reverse of the hill run I did the other week. The reverse is actually harder because you hit the steeper parts of the hills including LeHeup Hill which is .5 miles of 7-8% grade and the largest hill on U.S. 301 that is only slightly smaller. Held an easy pace with 133 Avg. HR. Legs were burning pretty good on the 301 hill which is a great way to end the run. With doing my hill circuit last night, made this run even better!

    I know. It's a great route. Maybe only 2 miles of actual flat area. Just have to do it early to avoid cars.
