Awesome workout tonight. Felt stronger as I went on. Wish marathons felt like that. Felt what a sub-5:00/mile pace feels like (at least for 80m) as I ran my last one at 4:59 pace. Stride felt long and easy.


Hell of a pace!! It's cool when you get out there and run and fell light on your feet and well rested! Awesome run!
