  1. RUN
    alright 2.12 mi

My chiro told me to take a week off- ankle, shoulder, the flu. My therapist (inside my head) told me the run was more important. Therapist won. Wish I had more time to go a bit farther.

yoga seemed like a great idea- my shoulder thought otherwise- think the planks, push ups and downward dogs were a bit too much...

Oh Glenda - you stopped me in my tracks with your news. I am so very sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine what you are going through. Thinking of you in the days to come. After my mom died, I had a memorial bench placed along the bike trails in Pasley Park and it reads 'lose yourself in nature and find peace'. I hope you find peace, friend.
