    Up the snow packed "easy road" Pretty much bliss even at 2 degrees and no oxygen. Going down was more fun. Skiing tomorrow.

    Legs were pretty sore from painting all weekend and the 18 miler on Saturday. The ARC group was good and Bruce kept me going through the hills.

      You guys do push a good pace. Windy here, too. I try to turn my body just right into the wind to make myself shaped like a sail, hoping that will help propell me. You think that works?
