      Nice run for a warm morning! I'm going to build milage up over the course of this month as well. Not for a Ragnar... but I wish that it was. :)

    Decided to throw in 4x.25 sprints into my run today. I haven't worked on sprints in a while, so my legs felt a little rusty, but it was a good change up from the norm! #running
