Originally this was going to be 6.5. Then I was running short on time but figured I could do 4.5. Then I started running. And like clockwork just after the first mile my left calf got unhappy. I ran for about 3/4 mile of the second mile and then walked the rest. My whole left leg started to get tight. As I continued walking my foot started to get pins and needles. Not sure wtf is up. New shoes today? Seven weeks until my half and I'm going to sign up for the early start. Which means I am saying it will take me between 3 and 4 hours to complete. This kills me as my slowest half was as part of Goofy and I ran that in 2:40.

    Btw. I've been stretching this whole leg and rolling and staying hydrated and laying off the booze and eating better. #disgruntled
