      Great job Alicia! I hear ya on the long runs! I made my long runs hit on Sundays so I have plenty of time! There's no way I'm going to get up 2 hours early to run 7 miles and then shower! Haha. Great run though :-)

      While I personally don't like the TM (because of my weight I don't think it likes me either), I view it as a good tool that works better for some then me. In your case Alicia it works and it shows as you had a good strong 4 mile effort on it today!
