    It's been so long due to the heat/humidity, but I've finally been able to get back to my marathon walks on the compound - this time with the double BOB stroller.

    Spin -Ate a bit of junk on the weekend (pancakes & pizza) so I really felt a bit sluggish compared to my normal clean eats and energy. 1st day back after the weekend's rest always tough.
